B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering (National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India, 1997), M.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Electric Power Systems (Jadavpur University, Calcutta, India, 2000), Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering (Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada, 2006). From 1997 to 1998, he worked with Asea Brown Boveri Ltd., India. From 2000 to 2002 he worked as a Scientific Officer in the Electronics Division of the Bhabha Atomic Research Center, India. He is currently appointed in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Cyprus as a post-doctoral fellow. His research interests include power system dynamics and stability, state estimation, power electronics and renewable energy systems.
