Final Submission Guidelines

The conference proceedings will be published in the Springer-Verlag series "Lecture Notes in Computer Science". All papers are limited to 10 pages, single-spaced, single-column, in Springer LNCS series format. Manuscripts up to 12 pages will be accepted but authors will be required to pay an over-length fee of 100 Euros per page. Also note that according to the conference policy, at least one regular registration for each accepted paper must be made at the time of submission of the final version, for inclusion of the paper in the technical program and the proceedings. However, in case of multiple papers of the same author, additional papers by the same author can be included in the technical program and the proceedings with an additional cost of 250 Euros (or a student registration) per paper.

Authors should revise their papers taking into consideration the reviewer comments and submit the final version through the online submission system EDAS, no later than June 8, 2009. Authors should use Latex2e to format their manuscripts.

• Before uploading the required files, EDAS will ask you for the completed Copyright form.
• Authors should submit a zip file that will include
  • the latex source file (*.tex)
  • other required files (e.g., *.eps for figures and, *.bbl for bibliography)
  • a pdf version of the manuscript.

• Finally authors should make sure that EDAS has the updated list of authors, title and absract of the paper.
